In order to reduce your waiting time and to make sure you're fully prepared for your first office visit, two forms are provided below. These forms under the header Office Forms can be printed off and filled out prior to visiting the office without the assistance of a lawyer. More forms with be required in order to file bankruptcy and can only be filled out after discussing an individual's or couple's financial status with an attorney. Below the Office Forms under the Financial Documents section is a list of items that would be helpful at your first appointment also.
